About the author

Peter McLernon

Father, grandfather and great grandfather. Four decades in business across recycling, auctioneering, retailing, importing, wholesaling, manufacturing ( in Australia and in China) and e-commerce.

Millionaire entrepreneur who failed twice and recovered twice. A former City Councillor and Freedom Parties political candidate. Vietnam veteran.

Stepping Stones® came out of that — not out of a seminar.

"We are here to learn and then to teach. One without the other is an incomplete life." - Peter McLernon (The Creator)

Peter McLernon is an Australian entrepreneur, Vietnam veteran, former local government councillor, business owner and lifelong student of human potential.

Across more than four decades in business he has established and operated enterprises spanning scrap metal recycling, auctions, antiques, office furniture, industrial shelving and racking, retail, importing, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce.

His professional life has been marked by both remarkable successes and significant setbacks. Each one contributed to the same conclusion: that growth is forged through experience rather than comfort.

Why Stepping Stones® exists

Peter has kept a long interest in psychology, meditation, the subconscious mind, and the question of why some people continue to grow while others stay limited by beliefs they never consciously chose.

Years of reading, observation and lived experience led to a practical framework: visualisation, faith, positive affirmation and disciplined daily action. Deliberately simple, because lasting change is usually built from simple disciplines practised consistently.

It is intentionally simple because lasting change is often built through simple disciplines practised consistently.

Peter's story, in full
