Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through The Stepping Stones System, operated by Ibis Corporation Pty. Ltd., Western Australia, Australia.
Prices and payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the store.
The total price payable, including any applicable shipping charges for physical products, is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
Stepping Stones® sets
Our stones and crystals are natural materials. Variations in colour, pattern, markings, shape and appearance are normal characteristics of natural stone and are not necessarily faults.
Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible, but individual stones may vary naturally from the photographs shown.
Digital products and courses
Digital books, downloadable materials and online courses may be offered through The Stepping Stones System.
Digital products and course materials are provided for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, used to teach others commercially, or otherwise commercially reproduced without our written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Where particular conditions apply to an online course, including access periods, course delivery or additional services, those conditions will be clearly stated before purchase.
Coaching services
Where coaching services are offered, the scope, price and terms of the coaching arrangement will be agreed with the client before the service begins.
Shipping and returns
Dispatch, delivery, shipping charges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy, which is available on this website.
Shipping costs for physical products are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and are shown before you complete your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.
Intellectual property
The Stepping Stones® name, associated materials, written content, course materials, photographs, graphics and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner or rights holder.
Purchasing a product, digital publication, course or service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable as a result of purchasing or using our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia.
