Products and services
The Stepping Stones System offers physical Stepping Stones® sets, digital publications including ebooks, and related products and services that may be introduced from time to time.
Product descriptions, photographs and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Stones are natural materials and variations in colour, markings, shape and appearance are normal and are not considered faults.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout where relevant.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch of the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Shipping
Physical products are dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to destination, postal or courier services, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country.
Returns and refunds
