What it is

A meditation tool, not jewellery. You hold it each morning, move through the stones one by one, and repeat one vision, one faith statement and one affirmation. The order is fixed so you never have to think about where you are — your hands know.

The citrine stones

Warm golden quartz, translucent, with the faceting catching light as the strand moves through your hands.

Citrine is the colourway most people choose first. Warm, bright, and the closest in feel to the original set Peter made for himself.

The amethyst, the gold accents and the lava Faith Stones are the same in all three sets. Only the twenty Affirmation Stones change, and the practice is identical whichever you choose.

What is in a set

Twenty-six stones in total. The two gold accents and the findings are not counted as stones.

The arrangement

The amethyst Visualisation Stone sits at the centre, with a gold-plated accent either side and a Faith Stone beyond each of those.

The twenty Affirmation Stones are set in four quadrants of five, each quadrant separated by a Faith Stone. Five Faith Stones in all.

Made to be handled every day

Strung on clear nylon-coated multi-strand stainless steel jewellery cable — forty-nine strands — chosen for flexibility and for standing up to daily use. Finished with double crimp tubes, crimp covers and gold-plated wire guardians.

These are natural stones. Colour, veining and inclusions vary from set to set, and no two are identical.

Looking after it

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid soaps, solvents and perfumes — lava stone is porous and will absorb them. Keep it in the pouch, out of direct sunlight, since prolonged sun can fade amethyst. Hold the stones rather than stretching the strand, and do not wear it in water.

Common questions

How many stones are there?
Twenty-six. One amethyst Visualisation Stone, five black lava Faith Stones, and twenty Affirmation Stones in four quadrants of five. The two gold-plated accents beside the amethyst are decorative and are not counted as stones.

Does the colourway change how it works?
No. All three sets are identical in structure and in use. The choice is aesthetic.

Do the stones have healing properties?
We make no such claim. They are natural materials chosen for their feel and appearance, and their job is to hold your attention and mark your place in the sequence.

Will mine look exactly like the photographs?
Close, but not identical. These are natural stones, so colour and veining vary.

Can I wear it?
It is made as a meditation tool rather than as jewellery, and is best kept where you will use it each morning. 

How long will it take to arrive?

What is the difference between the pouch and the box?
The stones are identical. The pouch is a soft storage bag for keeping the set by your bed. The presentation box is a rigid gift box — the better choice if you are buying it for someone else.

Do I need the book to use it?
No. A printed booklet comes with every set, and the full practice is on this site. The book is the story behind the method.
